🔄 Returns
We accept return requests only under the following circumstances:

✅ An incorrect product was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Product no longer required.
• Minor variations in color, design, or appearance due to photography or screen settings.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Return requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
• Products returned without original packaging.
💰 Refunds
Once your return request is approved and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or Bank Transfer after successful verification.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless:
✅ The product is damaged.
✅ The product is defective.
✅ An incorrect product was delivered.
In such cases, Sanatani Store will bear the return shipping cost.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
